By using this website or booking services with Arias Family Photography, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Retainer

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session or event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.

• In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we will work with clients to reschedule when possible.

Copyright & Usage

All images created by Arias Family Photography are protected by copyright.

Clients receive a personal-use license to:

• Download

• Share on social media (with credit)

• Print for personal use

Images may not be:

• Sold

• Altered or edited

• Used for commercial purposes without written permission

Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Arias Family Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that services cannot be performed due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

We are not responsible for:

• Missed shots due to client lateness

• Venue restrictions

• Guest interference

• Weather conditions

Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines vary by session type and will be outlined in your photography contract.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
