This contract applies to all session types alike

• Maternity, couples, weddings, events, family, newborn and all others 

Payment and Booking

• 50% Deposit required to secure your session.

• All payments are non refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Session is not confirmed until payment is received.

• Final payment is due at the time of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session.

• All payments are non refundable. 

• No Shows or last minute cancelations may result in loss of payment.

• Your session will run for the agreed time only unless extra time is agreed upon.

Tardiness 

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive a full session experience.

• Late arrivals will result in reduced session times as sessions must end at the scheduled time.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no show and result in cancelation.

Image / Video delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered in 5-10 business days. 

• Delivery will be via online gallery unless otherwise specified in the package. 

• Online gallery will remain for 3 months at which time all images will be deleted

• We recommend downloading them as they are received.

• RAW / Unedited images are not included

Model Release

• Client grants Arias Family Photography permission to use images for portfolio, social media, and marketing 

  unless otherwise requested in writing before the session. 

Liability 

• Arias Family Photography, including its photographers, assistants, and any representatives is not responsible 

  for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, equipment failure, or 

  or otherwise events beyond its control.

• Arias Family Photography, including its photographers, assistants, and any representatives is not responsible 

  for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session. This includes accidents due to equipment

  failure or surroundings.  Clients and their parties participate at their own risk.

Acceptance of terms 

• By submitting payment, client confirms they have read this agreement and agrees to all terms outlined in it.
